Hitachino Nest Hinomaru Pepper Ale

"Hinomaru Red Pepper Ale is brewed using a new barley "KAneko Golden malted barley" which was harvested in June 205 and some Japanese fresh hops. After fermentation, we added fresh Fukuremikan (DaiDai) juice and peel and fresh Sansho pepper. Sansho pepper and Fukuremikan are of Japanese origin and both have similar flavor."
