A slighly hazy rose in color. Notes of red grapes, dark berries & citrus fruits. The sweetness from the honey is balanced by a touch of a acidity & spiciness in the finish.
Zymatore iQhilika Dry Msobomvu
2011 matured in Thelema Mountain Vineyards Shiraz & red wine blend barrels
6 x 750mL bottles
A slighly hazy deep rose in color. Notes of citrus fruits, fresh red grapes & acidity. The sweetness from the honey is balanced by a lifeliness on the tongue from the acidity & a long delicate finish.
