There are over a hundred different styles of beer brewed today, each with its own approach to flavor, production, and ingredients.
Today you can go to a bar and order one of thousands of different beers, but these beers aren't just the inventions of creative brewers, they have history! Over the past eleven thousand years, people have made beer in almost every way imaginable, from smoked ales, sour ales, hoppy pale ales to deep-black stouts.
In this class, through the difference in hops, malts, and yeast, we will explore not just the flavors of beers, but why they taste the way they do. From beer connoisseurs to those just beginning to explore the vast world of beer, this is a class will provide a new inside look at several of our prized beers -- making this an experience not to be missed!"
