25% of GT wort + base beers wort. Fermented in stainless steel with lager yeast. Half of it has then been barrel aged and the other remained in stainless steel.About ABV, same as Marzarimen. This is not a sour beer even though has been partially barrel aged. It's dry and robust, with typical aroma of GT grapes mixed with the barrel and the barley wort character.
GT malts: pilsner malt, wheat malt , carahell, carapils, caramunich
GT hops: Northern brewer, Perle, Saphir, Cascade, Spalter select
30% Gewurztraminer juice 70% beer wort.
Fermented in stainless with lager yeast then aged 14 months in red wine barrels from Trentino
