Belgian-inspired ale aged in red wine barrels with brett. Thick and long-lasting, it is dominated by notes of grains and fruit (golden delicious apple) at play on a dry and lively carbonated body. It finishes with a winey and finely spicy back aromas. The Brett does the magic, adding a seductive and wild funky feel which complements the drinking experience, first sip to the last.
