English Dark Mild Ale

Dapple is our interpretation of a British Dark Mild. We brew Dapple with a classic simple infusion mash using Marris Otter Pale Ale and Crystal malts along with a touch of roasted barley. It is aroma hopped with East Kent Goldings during the boil in our copper kettle. After an open ale fermentation it rests in our cellars for several weeks.
