White Ale

Belgian yeast esters a balanced out with spicy notes from the bitter orange peel & coriander. A soft body coming from the wheat and oats leads to a dry and crisp finish leaving a very refreshing beer. OEC White Ale is brewed using a traditional step mash using Pilsner barley malt and locally grown wheat malt from Thrall Family Farms. It is spiced with coriander & curacao orange peel in our copper coolship for a spicy and citrusy character. A warm open fermentation using a traditional Witbier yeast strain creates an incredibly refreshing beer.
