Belgian style Xtra Hoppy Ale

First Class is a delightful session beer that balances a fruity and spicy Belgian yeast character with an intense burst of classic European hops (Tettnang & Styrian Golding). The authentic Belgian pale males along with a touch of wheat, give just enough body to balance out the lemony and floral notes from dry hopping.

First Class uses a simple infusion mash and is fermented with a Trappist yeast strain. It undergoes a light dry hopping for 5 days prior to packaging.

Inspiration is based on Arabier, De Ranke XXX Bitter and De La Senna Taras Boulba.
