The story behind its brand name “42 dB” : “When we were about to open our tour pub, 42 decibels were the noise threshold to be respected inside the pub which, however, overlooks a rather busy street, and the external noises for some reason were amplified inside. In the end, the technicians solved the situation with some tricks, not after several vicissitudes and as many curses… Our saison was born just for the pub, the classic huisbier, we associated it with the most curious bureaucratic problem that has ever happened to us before opening"
