Heliostar is our Amber Lager brewed using a touch of caramunich & melanoidin malt for a deeply satisfying malty body. Heliostar pours a deep amber in color with an off white head. Notes of caramel, biscuit & freshly baked bread are balanced by a soft herbal hop character. An open fermentation using a classic Bohemian lager yeast leaves a crisp and dry finish.
