Hefeweizen
Brewed for Walrus Alley in collaboration with Nod Hill Brewery, Fritz Walrus Edel Weisse is in the style of a classic Bavarian Hefeweizen with a unique twist. It pours a deep gold in color with a fluffy white head. Classical notes of banana & clove are balanced by a refreshing citrusy character from the American hops. A creamy soft texture from the wheat makes this beer a delight to drink.
