“Mexican Style” IPA with Pink Guava & Passionfruit
Curuba, brewed in collaboration with Cervecería Monstruo de Agua (Mexico City, MX – https://monstruodeagua.mx/), is a Mexican style IPA with pink guava & passionfruit. Fruit additions during open fermentation and a dry hopping prior to packaging give it a burst of tropical fruit character with a delightfully soft hoppy body.
