We moved our entire operations in the middle of 2009 into our new building. Some points of interest:
- The warehouse section was built into the side of a hill. Allowing 14 feet of the warehouse to be underground. This allows us to use the earth's energy to maintain excellent temperature for the beer we store during the summers and winters. (Pictures are located at Company > Facilities)
- Our vintage cellar was built completely underground behind the warehouse to allow for maturation at constant temperature of 52 degrees fahrenheit. (Pictures are located on the Vintage Collection page)
- We have also built a draft & real ale training center. (Pictures are not posted yet)
