The carbonation of this refreshing wheat beer brings easiness to your palate which is pleasantly emphasized by a slight sourness reminding of green apple and pink grapefruit.
A beautiful dry hoppiness finishes off this experience by leaving a fresh minty feeling in your mouth.
Hops used: Hallertauer Saphir & Hallertauer Cascade {extremely limited availability}
Dry-hopped: New Hallertauer HYBRID hops [not named yet]. Schneider is the only brewery 2013 who is allowed to use it. They have purchased the entire crop available in the Hallertauer area for 2013.
