Pausa Cafe was established in 2004, with its headquarters in the ‘Lorusso e Cotugno’ penitentiary in Turin, Italy. It was founded on a small set of principles. Firstly to support good social and economic development and sustainable practices, while giving special attention to help the more disadvantaged in both the North and South of the world.
