Nut-The Irish Jinn is an amber beer that is well hopped with the addition of fresh hop flowers thrown into the barrels (aged for 6-8 months). This beer is very aromatic, with a bouquet that reflects the combination of hops, malts and maturation in wood. The wood aging allows the caramel malts, used in the mash to provide a unique flavor. Aromas of tropical fruit and melon, while in the mouth it is delicate with a velvet body finish in a finale that is both sour and bitter.
