Italian Barrel Aged beer w/ Marzemino Grapes
This beer is made with 35% Mazemino grapes. It is then spontanousely fermented in open tonneau and then barrel aged in red wine barrels. This is a sour but a light sour with a nice fruity flavor and of course red in color.
