He used his Grandfather's historic recipe for this BOTTOM FERMENTING LAGER.
Very rich mohagany color.
Caramel, toffee and a light roast on the nose that follows through to the palate with a touch of nuttiness and a wisp of smoke.
Clean semi-dry finish with slight hoppy & roasted bitterness that gently lingers.
