Wild Creatures: Born among the vineyards around Miculov, Czech Republic, Wild Creatures is the only Czech brewery with spontaneously fermented beer. Wild Creatures beers perfectly reflect the beauty of the Mikulov wine region by combining beer production with traditional wine techniques. Local vintners have always used spontaneous fermentation in the past. Wild Creature beers are inoculated in old wine cellars and the beer is aged in old wine barrels.
