This month we will be pairing up some outrageous brews with Chef Mike Pagliarini’s new Spring flavors in a four course family style setting. Birra Baladin is thought of as one of Italy’s greatest Brew houses. Often Called the Jim Morrison of the brew world, Teo Musso is a leader and creative force in the Italian Craft Brew world. His beers embody the spirit of Via Matta and we are proud to feature his obscure and creative craft on Monday April 12th.
